Privacy in the design
PIPEDA governs how private sector organisations collect and use personal information across much of Canada, and Quebec's Law 25 adds duties such as privacy impact assessments for some projects and rules on transfers outside Quebec. We work with test data wherever possible so live personal data stays in your systems. When access to real data is needed, we agree terms on safeguards and limit it to the people involved.

A bilingual interface
Software used by Quebec staff or customers often needs a French interface. We build text so it can be translated without changing code, and a native French reviewer checks the labels and messages. Dates, currency and sort order follow Canadian conventions.
How we work
We start by writing a scope from your documents and a map of the personal data the software will hold. Development runs in stages with a weekly demo, and calls are held in your working hours. India is 9.5 hours ahead of Eastern time in summer and 10.5 hours ahead in winter, so we agree call times carefully.
Testing with real workflows
Before launch we run your actual tasks through the system with a few staff members, such as creating a client, sending a quote or closing a case, in both languages where needed. Problems found at this stage are fixed before go live. We also test on the browsers and devices your staff use, including the older laptops many offices keep.
Ownership and support
