A website for a UK or European business has to meet rules on cookies, accessibility and company details that vary by country. ByteArray Technology Solutions builds websites for these markets from Greater Noida West, India, and handles the technical side of those requirements in the build.
Rules that shape the build
In the UK, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations require consent before non essential cookies are set, and the ICO publishes guidance on how consent banners should work. We build banners that block tracking scripts until the visitor agrees and that make refusing as easy as accepting.
UK limited companies must show their registered name, company number and registered office address on their website, which we place in the footer or on a contact page. Online shops also need clear pricing including VAT, delivery terms and cancellation information, and we build checkout pages that show them.
For accessibility, the Equality Act 2010 applies in Britain, and the European Accessibility Act applies to many consumer online services in EU member states from June 2025. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA where you ask for it and tell you what we tested. Full legal compliance is for your adviser to judge.
What we build
Most projects are company sites of ten to thirty pages, online stores and booking sites. We select the platform with you: Shopify or WooCommerce for shops, WordPress for content led sites, and Next.js for custom needs. Hosting in the UK or EU can be arranged if your policies require data to stay in the region.
Working hours
India is 4.5 hours ahead of London in summer and 5.5 hours ahead in winter. We hold calls in your morning and afternoon and use written updates and a shared board for the rest.
Price and timeline
A ten page site takes about five to eight weeks after design approval. The proposal gives a fixed price in pounds or euros on request. See the website development page for the standard scope.
