Website development for a US business has a few requirements that rarely appear in a quote from abroad: accessibility, privacy notices and fast load times on American mobile networks. ByteArray Technology Solutions is based in Greater Noida West, India, and builds websites for US companies with those in the brief from the start.
Accessibility is a legal matter in the US
US businesses face accessibility complaints under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and courts and regulators commonly look to the WCAG guidelines as the standard. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA where you ask for it: proper heading order, text alternatives for images, keyboard navigation, colour contrast and labelled form fields. We test with automated tools and by hand. No tool can certify full compliance, so we tell you what was tested and what needs your own review.
Privacy and consent
California's privacy law and several other state laws give residents rights over their personal data, and sites that use tracking tools may need notices and opt out links. We add cookie and consent tools and the page placements your lawyer specifies. We do not draft legal text, so please have your counsel approve the wording.
What we build
Most projects are marketing sites of ten to thirty pages, online stores on Shopify or WooCommerce, and custom sites in Next.js. We choose the platform with you based on who will edit the site, how often it changes and what it must connect to, such as a CRM, booking tool or payment provider like Stripe.
Working across time zones
India is 9.5 to 10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern time, depending on daylight saving. In practice, a 9 am call in New York is in our early evening. We schedule live calls in your morning or afternoon, and everything else runs on written updates and a shared board, so you can read progress when you start your day.
Scope and price
You receive a written proposal with pages, features, timeline and a fixed price in US dollars before work begins. A site of this size usually takes five to eight weeks. See the website development page for the standard scope.
